Buy, Sell, Rent: -- VIRTUALLY!

COVID-19 has put a speed bump in the real estate market.  After closing up several transactions towards the end of March, buyers were afraid to come out to tour homes, while sellers pulls their home off the market in order to isolate from others.

This is why we are adapting Virtual Showings, Virtual Appointments, and Virtual Closing into our platform:

When you are ready to sell your home, we first present you with preliminary report of how much your home worth and how are the recent sales in your neighbhorhood, by clicking this link.  Then we can schedule a zoom call to go thru your home value report, tour of your home, and other necessary paperwork.  All signatures will be done electronically via DocuSign.   We then take a 3D video of your home and complete a 3D virtual tour on our platform so that when buyers are interested, they can walk-thru your home as if they are there  like this !

Loan approval and title work can also be done via video conferencing so you never have to meet anybody until you get the key! (and even that I can mail that to you....)

But if you're a people-person like me, I can still set up a private appointment with you to tour the home with our masks and gloves on, staying 6 feet apart and follow all CDC and local guidelines.  My availability can be booked via this link !

Please feel free to give me a call at 703 594 1648 when you're ready!
