Danny came to our house in the middle of our "refreshing" project. So the house was really a mess. Few weeks later, we had our open house. Had an offer even a few days before that. That next Monday we agreed on an offer $15,000 more that our asking price. We just closed last week. As soon as we gave him the key to drive the process, we have been just sitting back. We trusted him and his partner Christina and they did not disappoint. We are happy of how everything turned out. There were a few hiccups along the way, not on our end, but they were on top of it. Despite of the Covid-19 crisis, the overall process went smoothly. we highly recommend this dream team! When they say they've got you, they really do. They give you the time if you need them, but they also nudge you to make the right decisions.

I needed a real estate agent for my parents who were looking for a place in Alexandria so we asked Danny for his service. My parents and I were very pleased with his professional service and for his personality.
Danny was very personal, and showed his care and dedication. He is professional yet friendly and easy going. Danny was a great help and extremely patient during my home buying process. It took me nearly a year to decide on a place to pursue due to feng shui requirements, and Danny was very accommodating to my schedule when showing me the 20+ places that we visited. I ended up buying a condo via online auction using a FHA 203K loan. Although Danny did not have much experience with this type of deal specifically, he still did a lot of research on my behalf and was a great advocate between the mortgage company, the title company, and the general contractor. I couldn't have done it without him!

Doing a cross country move was already stressful but luckily we had met Danny serendipitously on a vacation a few months prior. When we came out to look at places in the DC area, Danny listened to what we were looking for in a place and customized his search for us - daily!
For our viewings, Danny was always punctual, never rushed us, and answered every question we had. He also went the extra mile to show us around the areas we were considering, pointing out the pros and cons, nearby shops and restaurants, etc. Since we did not know the DC area that well, this was extremely helpful.
Although we did not end up getting a place through Danny (there were a few close ones though!) his input helped us greatly and we would definitely recommend him to our friends and also use him in the future!
